We are looking for a great Sales and Marketing Administrator to join our team, someone with a flair for Sales, Marketing and Social Media. Someone who will enjoy being an active supporter of the overall goals, and is able to communicate well with the sales team to insure all our clients get the best possible service.

MPG Recruitment is a new division, less than two years old, focused on connecting our local employers and job seekers in an effective and productive way.

Your day will be filled with advertising and marketing, social media, system support, processing, and other administrative sales tasks all in an effort to support our Social Media sales and generate sales leads.

We will train you to be able to support the sales team in our marketing and social media efforts, all with attention to details. Your goal is to support the sales team as well as our clients.

We’ll give you the training and tools needed to succeed!


  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and marketing/sales experience
  • A minimum of 1-2 years in an administrative sales and/or marketing support role
  • Comfortable working on computer and computer applications with a proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Proficient in social media applications such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter
  • Detail-oriented and able to understand and communicate business requirements and product functionality
  • Creative problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines and short turnaround time frames
  • Keyboard accuracy a must
  • CRM experience a plus

 An Assistant Recruiter, Executive Assistant or Project Management Assistant background a plus
